Silhouette & fit
Choose the wearer, size range and sock height. Define the cuff, heel, toe and cushioning you have in mind.
A sock collection should feel like it belongs to your brand. Bring your identity, audience and ideas into a private-label discussion with ValueTex.
Discuss your collection
Private label begins with the product your customer needs. Decide how the socks should feel and fit, then work through colour, artwork and presentation. We welcome briefs at different stages—from a first concept to a detailed specification.
Design feasibility, material choices, quantities and packaging are reviewed for each enquiry. Final details belong in the agreed specification.
What to include in your briefUse these building blocks to turn a visual idea into a practical conversation.
Choose the wearer, size range and sock height. Define the cuff, heel, toe and cushioning you have in mind.
Describe the target hand feel and intended use. Share a composition if you have one, or explain the qualities you want to explore.
Provide clear colour references for the body, heel, toe, cuff and artwork. Ask how colour will be assessed at sampling.
Share editable artwork where possible and mark the intended placement. Knit-in design feasibility depends on scale, complexity and construction.
Define single-pair or multipack presentation, band or tag artwork, barcodes and carton requirements. Confirm all labelling content for your market.
Record what needs approval: dimensions, colour, feel, artwork, packaging and any agreed tests. Treat the approved specification as the reference.
A reference image is a useful start. A clear brief is even better.
Share your private-label idea and the details that matter to your customer.
